Jade Bearing (CNJDB) is located in Niutang Town, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It covers a floor space of 12000 square meters including a production space of 15000 square meters.
We are specialized in producing Combined Bearings, SL series full complemented cylindrical roller bearings (single row, double rows and multi-rows), Track Roller Bearings, Metallurgical tapered Roller Bearings, Metallurgical Back-up Roller Bearings, cross roller bearings and so on.
CNJDB combined bearings are based on European standards, which are used in a variety of metallurgical equipment and forklifts. After more than fifteen years of development, Jade Bearing (CNJDB) has become one of the largest manufacturers of combined bearings with the most advanced technology.
SL series products (SL04, SL18, SL01, SL02, RSL and other series) are widely used in engineering machinery , port machinery, reducers and other industries.
The company has cooperated with DANIELI for ten years. Together with DANIELI, CNJDB’s cylindrical roller bearings, tapered rollers and Back-Up roller bearings for withdrawal straightener have been continuously serving the global steel enterprises for many years.
After more than two years’technology research and development, the company has made a successfully breakthrough on Cross Roller bearings (CSF and SHF series) for Harmonic reducers. The testing made by the OEM users shows its performances and parameters have come up to the advanced level in China.
The company is keeping developing at high gear since it was founded in 2003, and the output value achieved 50 million RMB in 2017.

Recently, we have 40 CNC machines, 20 CNC Machining Centers and more than 100 CNC grinders. Precision measuring instruments such as: Spectrometer, Universal length measuring instrument, Projector, Roughness meter, Metallographic microscope, etc., are used to meet the requirement of manufacturing.

In 2018, CNJDB has invested 4 million into Sealed case type multi-purpose furnace. The production line is completed and put into operation, thus pushing the technology of heat treatment of CNJDB to a new level.
